Ordering and Delivery
Times Past Furniture uses
Parcel Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver
orders. Alternatively, the customer may organise delivery from their delivery address. Orders are fulfilled within 3-4 weeks of the date
the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days
for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Online orders are dispatched Monday
to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Times Past Furniture always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time
frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control
that hinder or delay the order.
Delivery Terms
Times Past Furniture is not responsible for the
delivery. Times Past Furniture uses Parcel Post and Fastway Couriers or customer may organise delivery. Delivery charge will be calculated on receipt of order and you will be advised of the charge at that time via the email address provided. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and
safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as
theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate
at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical
errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon
notification to Times Past Furniture.
Online Payment Methods

accepts payment by major credit cards via Paypal or over the phone, as well as direct deposit to our bank account.
Refunds and Returns
Times Past Furniture does
not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises, however,
if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Times Past Furniture will assess the situation for replacement based on a case
by case situation.
